WantToSell
ParticipantI think being called an “idiot” is bashing. I can’t even imagine how you guys would critize my house if you had the address when I am called names and you don’t even know me or the exact details of the situation!

ParticipantIn a market that is both overpriced and oversupplied, prices will decline.
You should have taken the 1.15 and been happy with it.

ParticipantWTS. Um, a little Pot-Kettle-Black man. Seriously, what about “egocentric low ball buyers” and Piggingtons as “positive reaction to anything on this website except when it relates to the downfall of others”. Honestly, I think you got a lot of good advice in a very straightforward fashion from the folks on this site. It might not have been what you wanted to hear, but it was from a fairly informed bunch and it was FREE.

Participantp.s. When I first started this particular forum, I was advised that I would not be successful with the aggressive low ball offers I was contemplating. It was not what I hoped to hear, but I appreciated the honestly and it did help me to reset my expectations and plan accordingly.
