Had sold in 2005 for 635K. Would be interesting to see what it eventually sells for, my guess would be in the ~450K range. They probably would get quite a few offers like the recent really low priced listing in Penasquitos.
SD realtor, what do you think? Anyway, it still should be a comp killer. I think another one with the same plan sold as low as ~465K earlier this month.
