Looking up Closings in New Development

I’m in escrow to purchase a new home in San Elijo Hills. I’m wondering if there’s any way I can look through the public records to see the price the first few homes were sold for. Obviously, I won’t be able to know what kind of incentives were provided, but I’m hoping to at least find out the gross sales price.

SDL shows recent closings, but it seems to be only properties that were listed on the MLS.

Any ideas?

Zillow sometimes shows non-MLS sale prices.

Once the trust deed is recorded you can find out what you want. There are a few ways to do it. You can write down all the addresses around that you want to look up and go to the county, plug them in and you will see the deeds recorded. There you will get the sales price. It is free but you do have to drive down there. Or ask an agent to do a realist search on a few of the streets and they can email you the results.
