One of the most engaging train wrecks, and certainly a poster child for the insanity was Jeff from from SDCIA forum. If you aren’t familiar, Google it.

He dropped off the radar in 2007, almost 3 years ago now.

Does anyone know what became of him? Casey Serin’s journey is well documented but I’ve often wondered what happened to this other Real Estate “investor”
