also ive been reading actual plain people like us were shut out of most online trading accts during the worst of the plunge. so no one really got anything at the (current) bargain basement rate, i think….kinda funny how things “shut down” when the dela is too good.

This was happening during the volatility of 2008 as well. I got shut out of my accounts on a number of occasions. Not cool.
