You need to make your house fully accessible, and that includes using a lock box. Consider the electronic ones posted above, if you want more control over access.
Agree with the staging, and with moving out, if that’s possilble. Either way, get all your valuables out of the house and have them stored at a friend/family member’s house or in a safe deposit box.
One more thing…if you want to sell your house quickly, there is nothing that works quite as well as pricing it right when you first list it.
I’ve had to sell a few properties since the credit crunch, and pricing well is the #1 best advice anyone can ever give you for selling fast (and having as few people in your house as possible).
