ParticipantFYI a little OT but I put an electronic lock with button keypad on my front door about 2 years ago. I will never go back to keys.
With the electronic one I can set multiple access codes and even log who entered and when. This cost me about $100 and the installation (which I did myself). With this system who needs a lockbox?

ParticipantDo you want to sell your home or not? If you do, you want to do everything possible to make it easy for people to see it. No one buys a home they have never walked in (well almost no one).

Participant*Sigh* Ok, input appreciated. We’ll do the lockbox. And it is one of the sentri locks ones that only Realtors (R) can get into. Ask me why that didn’t make me feel any safer, though…
(No offense meant to the honest and reliable Realtors on this board – only to the dime a dozens that are the same ones who would put the lock combo in their comments on the MLS)
