$41 bucks and you can fish all year in any of hundreds of lakes in the state. Almost all of them are stocked by the state government.
Sounds like a bargain to me.

Participantlook, lots of vioaltions of the law are punishable by fine or imprisonment. people with money will have an easier time paying the fine than poorer people. that doesn’t mean that if you don’t pay the fine and you get sent to the clink that you ar ebeing punished for being poor, or that you are being rewarded for being rich. it’s just a nother obvious situaiton where having money comes in handy.
