Like I said everyone is different. The best suggestion I can give is not to buy a house like that in Summer when the kids are out of school and you cant get a realistic idea of what you are looking at. It’s one of the oldest tricks in the book.
5year, I’ll try to get back on that another day. I’m buried with closings all over the place and then off to the OC Fair to see the Black Eyed Peas tonite.

We can CLEARLY hear the PA system from my house during games. If it is a particularly good game, you can even heard the crowds cheering. I can’t even imagine living right next door.

I can hear the PA from the jr. high and cheers from the crowds on weekend games. The high school graduation was at the elementary school school this year and I heard the entire thing! It’s not annoying from here but you’re right, imagine what it would be like if it were across the street.
