May 18, 2009 at 9:32 AM #401654jpinpbParticipantXBoxBoy – I went into this in the Sources for researching real estate thread. Everyone is making a big deal about the inventory count on SDL and we do have low inventory, BUT it is looking lower than it should be b/c so many are NOT showing up when they are really for sale.
I have actually have to make notes on SDL w/the MLS# to indicate it’s for sale, just not showing up on SDL. I’ve tried to contact Bridget about it. I thought they’d fix it, but apparently it still continues. They did say the same thing in an email to me, but I call BS on it b/c I’ve seen it listed on Houserebate.com (Hello! internet)
Same w/Redfin. I emailed them several listings that appear on Houserebate, but not on Redfin. I have not heard back from them.
