After seeing all the crap in the news about failing HOA’s and their mishaps, I am very skeptical about living in a condo now, you are so open to other people’s failures..

After seeing all the crap in the news about failing HOA’s and their mishaps, I am very skeptical about living in a condo now, you are so open to other people’s failures..
