I the “old days” we used to calculate a fair price at 100 times the monthly payment. That would put these at about $200K. But, in this deflating market, all bets are off as to how low it can go. I would not be surprised at all to see these at the $200K level at the end of 2008.

After seeing all the crap in the news about failing HOA’s and their mishaps, I am very skeptical about living in a condo now, you are so open to other people’s failures..
