    Who in their right mind would pay 1.4 mil for anything in Chula Vista?

    As SD Realtor says, I think the problem is not that there won’t be a bloodbath in places like Chula Vista, but that it is difficult to know just how low things will go in nice areas like SS, especially with top-notch schools.

    But I agree, they will go lower. Hopefully soon . . .
