Lightening in a bottle

I was just reading the kitchen remodel thread and FSD mentioned not waiting to do redo teh kitchen with granite as they might miss lightening in a bottle.I made me think for a second and we seem to be at a lightening in the bottle moment.

Here’s something from the streets to enjoy or fret over – whichever the case may be. I have listing in Ramona. I dont even know why I agreed to take it because I dont like driving out there. For almost 6 months the property sat nearly ignored on the market. In the last week it has been non-stop and I have gotten 5 offers with more coming. I am baffled?? Frickin Ramona is on fire!!! Ramona?

Dude, don’t be a hater, Ramona is cool, well the estates are cool. They are also the most recent viticultural region accepted into the state, the grapes are growing, who knows, maybe it’s the next wine country.

It’s cheaper, it actually has the lowest crime rate in the county (confirmed by sandag) and has for years. Everyone is different, but it’s kinda like being in the midwest a little, without actually having to go there. Getting there blows, it’s very low on the single hot-chick-o-meter, but some people want to get away and the crazy horse ladies got to live somewhere.

Hmmm, I like Ramona. A good friend of mine’s mother has a newish vineyard there and I’ve helped out with the planting and harvesting the last 2 seasons. Personally I either want to be at the beach or somewhere Ramona-like (or more remote) on lots of land far away from neighbors.
