Yup…
I wonder what happened to the original RE agent. Doesn’t seem like “I will get that home sold” is true…Seems like 21 Sandhills has a new listing agent.

I’ve spent a lot of time in the areas around Amarillo and spent the night there several times. If that is what you want out of life, fine…I won’t poke fun at you. But I’d never be happy there.
And at this point, I think you can get 4000sf for $599K in quite a few spots in San Diego county. I would think that the home must be quite overpriced since it sits in Amarillo – which I always thought was quite a bit cheaper than San Diego. Shrug.

ParticipantAt least taxes are a lot lower in Texas – if this economic disaster we have on our hands ever passes, I would definitely consider Texas.
