ParticipantBreeze – I usually find your posts insightful and generally well thought out, but this time you’ve fallen short. To say “tax the hell” out of the that bracket is one of your more stupid comments because it lacks any of the pragmatism and logic you generally have in your posts. It’s an emotional reaction, with little or no thoughtful input. Do you have any thoughtful input on this subject?

ParticipantI’m also highly in favor. I’m also in that bracket. And yes, that does make me rich (in my opinion). I wonder what you expect out of life where that much money isn’t rich to you?
I used to vote republican, but I’m backing Obama hardcore (I’ve donated to his campaign many times). I believe in a fiscally responsible government and the last 8 years have made a laughing stock of the GOP being able to say it’s for smaller government.
Read my lips: Tax cuts without spending cuts are tax increases.
Update: sent her a letter about it, thanks for the link.

ParticipantYeah, it sounds great to tax the shit out of the ‘rich’ unless you actually have aspirations to be successful. You’d be surprised how liberally liberals define ‘rich’.
For someone who seems to believe that no one owes him anything, TheBreeze sure feels entitled to OPM. That his views are inconsistent and hypocritical isn’t much of a surprise.
