ParticipantNever is easy, is it. Apparently the interior is gutted and I’m told no bank is going to loan on this place. Cash only or hard money loan. My money is tied up for a while and probably can’t access it till end-of-year. So much for that.
I guess the search continues. Majorly bummed right now.
