ParticipantI can just imagine going down to my local Costco and buying a value pak of weed. I then go out to my car, roll a joint, light up, take a few drags, then hit the 405 at rush hour. Far out, man.

Considering that Costco is the largest (or one of the largest) retailer of wine, how does this hold up to any sort of logic?
Does costco cause drunk driving also?
Also, SD, when did the government start caring about making society better (by whatever measure)?
The most effective governments in history seemed not so focused on this. Many of the crappiest were very interested in “bettering” society. Would you disagree?
Sorry, was that too stoner of a question to ask?
