I am certain friends, neighbors and colleagues are disappointed to see you go. I can appreciate the comment on the level of closeness with people out here. I have been here for nearly 10 years I have finally accepted the fact that there is no way of replicating childhood friendships. If I wasn’t such a stubborn donkey I would have headed back to the east coast years ago.

Its sad to see someone that you knew in the digital world give up the ghost, but as long as you’ll be happy I can wish you farewell with genuine bonhomie.
My own personal memories of Orlando are such that I wouldn’t sentence you to parole there, but people do funny things.

Right there with you man. Even though we moved to Maryland almost a year ago now, I still check this site almost every day. Don’t post as much, as I don’t really follow SD real estate any more, but there are too many good minds and writers here. Plus the links to the other economic sites are fantastic.
