You want True Life Improvement, try the HRCC.

Or a night under the stars is good too.

April 22, 2012 at 11:29 PM #742021markmax33GuestSD Realtor is mad at me because I called him out for predicting the market which should be illegal for a salesman in any trade. He ties everything to Ron Paul because that’s an easy mark for him. We all know he’s full of it.
SD Realtor – I have not gone anywhere my friend. I have been waiting for the final news in the caucus states for the official results so I can shut you up and people like you. Ron Paul has likely won 8-9 states and I’m telling you the media has been lying to you, and I’m about to prove it.

Me thinks RP has as big of chance as one would have retiring off of Zygna stock at this point(I think we’re at 9.22 since the double down, no?) or seeing 50% in beachfront liveable property in S.D that one ( an individual) can buy (….an institution, on the other hand, probably can get 50% in imho).
But back on topic…I don’t know, sometimes it’s probably better to be a sheep and believe in someone else’s B.S. than to be a smartass and be always skeptical/miserable of everything…I think that’s probably why you end up seeing a lot of highly analytical people just suck at the most practical day to day things. On the other hand, I’ve seen some pretty stupid wealthy people, so it makes me wonder.

But I love kiyosaki. Because all you need to do to become rich, is buy his book…Which tells you to go to his seminar, which then tells you to buy his other book which then tells you to go to his other seminar which tells you to buy another book and board game.
Hey, I want to be a motivational speaker. I’m going to have a seminar that that will tell you how to think for yourself. In the seminar, I am going to brainwash you and force you to think…for yourself…
Oh the irony…April 23, 2012 at 7:21 AM #742025scaredyclassicParticipantOne of the formative experiences of my life was a year spent working long hours for a guy who gave expensive marketing seminars. Dude made money.
