ParticipantFrom what I read, there isn’t a lot to worry about. It will take at least seven months from the moment they stop paying to the moment the house is sold at the foreclosure auction. And even then new owners can’t evict you right away; they will be required by law to give you a 30 day notice.

ParticipantI thought that a site was posted at one time on Piggs that helped one to check up on their landlords? If yes, can someone repost? I could use that too. My silly landlord has been a little lax on paying the water bill and important repairs as of late, so I’d like to do a little fishing too. Might just be a tad flaky, but….
