The LA Times wants to do a story on the effect of ARMs resetting, but they need some people who are affected by this, not just more experts talking about how bad this will be.
He writes, “I want to talk to someone who says, I bought my place three years ago and as of November 1st, my payments will go up by x dollars and I can’t afford it any more.”
