I used to run right by these places almost every morning, (until I got plantar fasciitis last fall, and boy does that suck!) and there was a sign out front about pending hearings on combining two of the lots and making something ridiculous like a 14,000 sqft house there. I wonder if their permits got denied, or if they ran out of money or just changed their mind?
btw. in 2006 they bought 5950 for 8.5mil and 5960 for 11,750,000 and are now asking 10.5 and 17.5mil respectively. (Although maybe if it comes with a stash of that crack they’re smoking it’s worth it, ’cause that’s gotta be some good sheet man!)
Anyone want to venture any guesses how long they’ll sit on the market? Are they more valuable as a group or sold off separately? Who the heck has $42mil for the lots? (which presumably you would then combine and make one ginormous house on)
Anyone else got any dirt on the sellers? Are NODs in the near future?
