The massive apartment complex overlooking the intersection of the I-805 and La Jolla Village Drive.

Armed robbery right out on the street last week, and a murder last night.
This used to be a safe neighborhood. Occupancy has shot way up in recent months. What kind of people are they allowing to rent there?
