Why waste your time attending the auctions when the prices are just bait to reel in the knife catchers. The mininum bids are set well below an undisclosed reserve.

I don’t disagree that the prices are set very low to start the bidding . I am simply asking would you be uncomfortable buying at this price? In my book these prices satisy all my buy criteria. They meet my income and affordability. They also present rental opportunities with positive cash flow opportunities. Could you go lower in the next couple of years? I wouldn’t rule it out but I think at these levels I would be buying. Those levels obviously referring to opening bid prices.

They won’t sell them to you at the price so the point is moot.

I agree about the knife catchers, the people holding the inventory are not totally stupid and will squeeze every last drop of blood from this stone that they can.
