If you’re remodeling and spending a lot money, look at german cabinets.
Don’t put in cheap American cabinets. You should go look at the Home Depot design center showroom. They feature Hacker cabinets. Once you use German technology you will not got back.

I could live with one electric burner in the yard indefinitely. Or just a toaster oven.
In the summer, no heat required just v8 juice and bread.

And you wonder why your spouse might be a little upset about this??? Lol.
Home improvement/remodeling are always a source of contention, especially when a contractor doesn’t complete things on time or to the expectations…People actually get divorces over this…I think it happened to one of my old neighbors of my old place. They bought the house, and then went through a major remodeling over the summer, and at the end of it they ended up putting the house on the market because they were splitting up.

It’s too bad you are over at Temecula because I have a couple of contractors that have cycles since things are slow that does flooring, cabinets, counters, and walls. I’m about to redo the flooring of a condo since I thought I would take advantage of the slowdown to get some deferred improvements I wanted to make eventually anyway, and since my tenant doesn’t mind opening the doors and helping. (Why not, they get new flooring…But it would only take 1-2 days i think.
I don’t think Nextdoor because you got a bunch of crazy people, but for finding contractors, it seems like it’s ok. Have you tried there?
