killer realtor, in the good sense

Hello all – avid follower of Pig and an early commenter since its humble beginnings under the zocalo signature but quiet ever since for a # of reasons. I am now posting to inquiry as to recommendations for a skilled, responsive and somewhat ethical realtor that knows his/her way in this convoluted world. A couple of months ago, someone made references to their excellent realtor (and others added as well) but I have been unable to locate those postings. I have picked Jim’s brain (bubble info)and he has been quite generous but i am looking in areas of town that would be a stretch for him and his team to aggressively cover (since good properties with reasonable asking prices do move fast, unquestionably). Can anyone strongly recommend their own realtor with successful outcomes in the last few months? Thought i have been patiently holding my breath since 05-06 when i cashed out, i am now ready to live dangerously within the short term and venture out in this bizarre world of San Diego home shoppers. Del Cerro, San Carlos, La Mesa have a lot of foundation issues and she has a great eye for potential problems. She advised my wife and I to avoid several homes we would have made offers on, saving us bundles of money and a lot of wasted time.
