The nails were hit pretty well on the head by previous posters. Don’t take TV programs aimed to entertain at face value. For every Michael Phelps there are thousands of mediocre swimmers out there, yet you wouldn’t know it from casual media coverage.
Someone with brains, drive and charisma *can* make millions of dollars in real estate, even at a young age. But such a combination is rare, assuming it is legit.
