Yep the ratio did go up bigtime. I think that many in CV are just insane with some of those asking prices. I see the biggest drops coming from homes priced over 800k of which there are alot of them. It will happen with some of the big here and there drops over this year. I still think it will take awhile until all resellers figure it out.

I just wanted to ask, isnt 1 sale in 21 days terribly low? I dont know. This doesnt seem to be a high traffic area, but 1 sale? This is the spring bounce, when everything is suppose to be bottoming, and we have 1 sale in 21 days? This seems to be 1/3 the rate in March when all of 3 houses sold in 3 weeks. Really? Am i missing something? Wow, talk about meaningless numbers! Is that is true? What kinda median or averages do you get from 4 sales in 3 months?
