Well, we have been looking to buy in San Diego, but it is always too expensive. Almost bought in Temecula near the top of bubble, thank goodness we did not.
Last month, we found a place in Temecula with acreage and put an offer in with the listing agent. Didnt expect anything. It is a foreclosure and I know how those can go. He called back with an acceptance from the bank 20 mins later…
Wow. It gets better. I am using a VA loan and that was not a problem. They are paying ALL closing costs. The inspection was just done and it has almost no issues, no termites, etc. Escrow and Title docs showed up to sign.
This thing is going so easy and smoothly, that I am just waiting for something, and trying to be detached from it all. I still cant believe it. I secretly love the house and love Temecula, still close to the in laws.
I never posted here, but all of you have given me so much info as I read posts each week, I thought I would share. Thanks for reading all.
