Interesting results. Some pretty nice drops in several zip codes. Noteworthy are the rise in sales in a few of those same zips as obvious affordability gets taken advantage of. Big surprise to me was the 92024 numbers but that is indicative of a crazy runup.

Also note the difference between the average and the median for some areas.
