Job Offer in San Dimas

Here is the scoop:
I am 35 year old with a family: wife/stay at home Mom and 2 kids: 3 year old and 6 year old.
Got a job offer there for $120K+/ + Bonuses still under negotiation.

Where should I live keeping in mind my family…/good school for my first grader…

My needs are very simple/ live within means and would love to commute as short as possible..

PS: I am east Indian and would love to be closer to community with lots of Indians for my family…/No offence 🙂

Unfortunately, I don’t know a thing about San Dimas, so can’t give any advice there, but with that income and what I believe to be much more affordable housing (relative to SD), you should be able to live a very nice lifestyle.

San Dimas is a great family community with good schools as far as I can tell. Claremont, Glendora and La Verne are also desirable family neighborhoods with an easy commute to San Dimas.

Not sure about the east Indian community. LA in general has a big mix, so you should be welcome wherever you choose. I went to high school in West Covina (5-10 miles from San Dimas) and had plenty of Indian friends.

I have a good friend who is a realtor in Glendora if you want some help!
