Any info on “10055 Winecrest Rd”? This is a REO. However, it seems to be on and off market 3 times. Normally REO sell quickly. This one is very fishy. I have seen the property. It is pretty bad. The guy ripped up all the appliances, jack-hammered the floor, broke the water pipe. I was think of giving a low ball offer but freaking out. Any suggestion?Date Event Price Appreciation Source

I couldn’t find any specific info on this property… the trustee sale info only goes back 7-15 days on the sites I check (fidelityasap.com, priorityposting.com, rppsales.com)The comments of the listing suggest it’s a REO or was purchased at trustee sale. “SELLERS ARE DISCLOSURE EXEMPT.”
But – it doesn’t show up on jpinpb’s NOD thread on sdlookup…

UCG the trustee deed was back in 2008 so this is an old one. As indicated it has gone pending a few times, bounced in and out of withdrawn as well… No harm in lobbing a lowball at it. I think the area will continue to depreciate.
