    Does anyone familiar with the properties in the IvyGate of 4S Ranch? The houses are very nice but the community looks pretty depressing. A lot of the houses even don’t have the front yard done. Those houses were built 3 years ago. Million dollar house with no yard for 3 years?

    There seems to be number of properties were in default for years but not many were put on the market.
