ParticipantCriminalize soda.
Warning label on Snickers, like on a pack of cigs.
I’m old, which is probably why I feel this way, but society is just disgusting. Normal is awful.
I’m not a get off my lawn kinda guy, because lawns are ecological nightmares that should be banned, but I guess I am in a different way.
I don’t think virtually any Americans connect diet and inadequate nutrients, excess phytic acid, dry mouth with tooth decay. They see it more as failing to brush.
It’s like arguing the reason for heart problems is a failure to get angioplasty. Gosh I feel cranky

Genetic tendency. But is it destiny?
Osteoporosis.
Is it preventable w diet and exercise?
Yeah, probably.
Bones. Teeth. Same stuff?
You’re still going to die. Just buy the minivan already. That way when you go postal at Walmart or whatnot and the news describes the shooter as a pasty balding man driving a taup or tan colored minivan, we’ll know it was you.
Josh
I’m not balding, strangely. And not pasty, more olive. Be on the lookout for a really skinny jew.
The argument “you’re going to die anyway” is lame. I welcome death, swift sudden death. I have no problem with ceasing to exist right now. I do have a problem spending 50k on dental implants and periodontal work.

Yes. Cheap scaredy would prolly do that. But I’d prefer to have teeth. A lot.
I mean if the choice we’re eat pizza, bread, sugar, pasta, booze and wear dentures, or never eat any of that again but have teeth….
I’d go teeth

svelteParticipantThere are people I’ve known long term who neglected their teeth for decades and when they were older and wiser tried to change course. I know folks on here say teeth can self-heal, but in my opinion if that is possible at all it is very limited.
Choose wisely.
