I wanted to put in an offer for the Calston house (449k)but the listing realtor said they are not accepting any more offer. I wanted to know what price he accepted but he is not saying. I saw the backyard of the house and it is really nice). The inside doesn’t need immediate update but basically it is original kitchen.
