[quote=jimmyle]Can you hear the traffic from Mira Mesa Blvd since it is about half a block away? Kitchen and bathrooms are newly upgraded so it is a plus.
This deal in Mira Mesa will make anything else seems overpriced.

The noise would be there but I would say it wouldn’t bother me. Everyone is different though, so one should definitely go stand in the backyard and see. Noise travel up and this house be below MM Blvd. That Thomas Hayes was a great deal and it went very quickly. Whoever got that house got very lucky. Toss that on the market today as a regular sale and it would fetch at least 460k if not 480k. It was a short sale I believe, listed in March and finally closed 8 months later.

This house is newer than the Thomas Hayes house but the lot and view is not as ideal. It went pending in days.January 9, 2011 at 10:35 PM #650232anParticipant[quote=jimmyle]Can you hear the traffic from Mira Mesa Blvd since it is about half a block away? January 10, 2011 at 5:18 PM #650843anParticipantThey are building them behind Best Buy and where the Vulcan Materials Company is operating right now, South of MM and North or Miramar. When they build “Stone Creek”, which won’t probably happen until 2015-2020 (at the earliest). The development behind Best Buy “Casa Mira View” last I heard won’t be fully built out until 2015-2020 as well. Casa Mira View will finish well before Stone Creek.
