I have my agent focusing on other areas. I guess I really do have to stop relying on 3rd party tools but I like the convenience of being able to see every listing in SD county.
Houses almost never come up in this hood in my price range so I’m not super focused on it. We took a shot at the last REO on Obelisco but got blown out of the water. That one showed up immediately on sdlookup and had 10+ offers almost immediately but at least we did get a bid in on it.
