Very cool house (although I’m not wild about the furnishings). I think there’s almost no way this sells for less than $1 million.

May 16, 2009 at 1:21 PM #400514SD RealtorParticipantPem you cna have your agent call the broker over at prudential to see if they can gather any information.
Again, sdlookup and other 3rd party sites receive the feeds they get through a service. There have been cases where a listing may not show up for whatever reason. It is unfortunate but it does happen. If it was on the market for 19 days then I see nothing fishy about the transaction at all.
Agreed I have seen other transactions, and even posted about them that were bad behavior. Not so sure about this one though. Have your agent send you an MLS feed so that you don’t miss this stuff.

May 16, 2009 at 2:12 PM #400538pemelizaParticipantI have my agent focusing on other areas. I guess I really do have to stop relying on 3rd party tools but I like the convenience of being able to see every listing in SD county.
Houses almost never come up in this hood in my price range so I’m not super focused on it. We took a shot at the last REO on Obelisco but got blown out of the water. That one showed up immediately on sdlookup and had 10+ offers almost immediately but at least we did get a bid in on it.
