ParticipantIt will sell for what the lender accepts not necessarily what buyers are willing to pay. If the lender says yes to that price it could sell for that price. Of course the guy next door will probably have a heart attack after what he paid a couple years ago event hough his house blows this one away.

ParticipantI check the listings daily and this is the first I have seen of it on sdlookup even though it has been on the market for 19 days. I agree the house will likely sell for more than list but it seems we have seen stuff like this before where the agent gets both ends of a deal and pushes their buyer through. I don’t know if that is what is happening here but the whole things seems fishy. I guess it is possible that I missed the listing or for some reason it posted on sdlookup 19 days after it went active. Usually sdlookup is very reliable, however.
The vacant lot sold for 480k in 1989.
