    This has always been popular for those who want to save money. What you’re describing is nothing new. However, I do not foresee this behavior becoming popular, IMHO.

    REAL ESTATE is a key factor to the state of our economy so it falls in suit w/ this site.

    In the beginning it was scary, exciting, opportunities were arising for many, and now it feels more like watching Little House on the Prairie reruns w/ my great-grandma.

    Rich & SDRealtor seriously deserve a pat on the back for their contribution to this site. Their advice & expertise has helped many.

    Virgin Piggs just need to beware of the big bad RE wolf. I’ll elaborate after 8/31.
