ParticipantSilly, the bears in the yard are the owners and the realtor, they are Housing Bears, a somewhat new species in California, although they’re declining rapidly due to reduced environment! $415 per square foot before they remodled the kitchen? These bears are eating something strange in that backyard…

ParticipantI’m sure it’s legit. Look at all that space in the backyard for the bears to roam. I also noticed a gnome (or troll ?) in one photo. Those things might scare other buyers off, but what scares me the most is that it comes with a teenager in the middle bedroom.
