what is that, 2000 prices?
I see one other for sale around 250 in the same complex, since we are early in the game I think I would still wait, 1 bedroom condos are probably going to take the biggest hits.
Though, I am FAR from an expert, this could be a good deal and I’m being too bearish

Find out what units like that rent for — I’m guessing $1200-1400? Figure out your monthly payment with deduction/etc… and if it’s close to the rent you’re probably not going to regret it long term. Certainly things are heading in the right direction now!

Many apartment conversions aren’t built to condo specs, so you could be sharing a thin bedroom wall with someone and hear everything that goes on in that room. Talking, snoring, sex, TV, typing on a computer, everything.
