I have done plenty of business and have friends in South Bay. I know enough about it thanks. The problem isnt me claiming to be an expert on anything (which I am smart enough to know not to do) its you claiming to be an expert on everything. You write detailed responses with CAPS INSERTED ALL OVER THE PLACE and throuw out your holier than though NONSENSE (see I can do it too). As often as you are correct you are flat out wrong.
You were wrong and continue to be wrong about my client. Yet you keep on digging trying to find some sense of honor for yourself that isnt there. Hang it up.
I understand you have privacy issues with your client, sdr. I am familiar with certain laws on the books in the State of TX which make it very difficult for property owners there to glean appreciation from owning real estate.
You come across here with a “holier-than-thou” attitude yourself.

November 26, 2010 at 1:37 PM #633389briansd1GuestGood article on how the banks who sinned are being made whole on the backs of the Irish people.
But Ireland is now in its third year of austerity, and confidence just keeps draining away. And you have to wonder what it will take for serious people to realize that punishing the populace for the bankers’ sins is worse than a crime; it’s a mistake.

Thank you Brian for bringing it back.
sdr, bg:
You have a couple of options here:
You can either post nude pics of yourself (which we will then mock or use as fap material) as payment for polluting a great Kathy Ireland thread with a retarded pissing match….
OR
you can STFU and get me a burrito.
I am fine with either.
Good day to you both.
