Ok… I finally broke down and did it. I got that oversized ipad crap that I’m been trying to avoid all this time…Well, actually it was for my parents because they keep taking one of my laptops and hogging my desktop…
I thought about a galaxy s tablet but just couldn’t justify spending more for an android tablet that just runs eclair…..

I will second doofrat on Instapaper. It’s great if you have an iPad without a data plan, bc it lets you queue up and store (local to the ipad) things you want to read later when you might not have net access.
