Inventory

Have been watching the inventory numbers pretty closely since Dec 09. Numbers have increased from a low of about 11400 to today’s 14000. I know, I know, most of those are already in contingency. Wondering if any of our resident RE agents have run the numbers lately as to how many active/contingent listings there are. It does look like a bigger jump than usual for the season AND this is with the April exp. of the Federal tax credit looming. BTW, these are unofficial numbers taken off of SDlookup.

Any thoughts?
