ParticipantNot a very good speller, am I?! I still remember the RE market in SD back in 1994. There were plenty of places available that were very nice and very reasonably priced. But jobs were very scarce. If unemployment slams the area in the next couple of years, I think desire to buy will go with it. That’s all.

ParticipantSD is a very different place today than in 1994. It is a much more divere economy and is a much higher profile place than it was in 1994 when most folks east of the mississippi barely knew anything about it.

ParticipantSorry peterb, that wasn’t meant as a spelling flame … I meant that not wanting something because it wasn’t expensive any more was more of a mental disturbance than a normal thought process 🙂
