Borat you need to be much more specific. Places like Coleyville and Southlake which are fairly nice areas in Tex Asss with no income tax mind you are about at where you said, 2-3 times here. You do get an acre of land with them though that you can put a well on.

I spent a lot of time on that block growing up. My grandparents rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 15+ years in the complex at the end of the cul-de-sac. (I think it was condo-converting in the 80’s when my grandmother moved out.)
