We checked out that house (drove by) a couple of months ago in the evening.
Lots of freeway noise and the neighborhood seemed very “barrio-like” to us. It’s always a good idea to visit properties at night because you get to see how many cars are parked out front (sign of multiple families/boarders in a SFH). This neighborhood is pretty much bumper-to-bumper as far as street parking goes.
Not what we were looking for, but a buyer who wanted that location and plans to rent out rooms could certainly be happy with the purchase.

There are 5 bedrooms, but two of them are not accessible from the main house. You have to go out on the patio to get to them. One of them used to be the garage as well. As it has been kinda cold the past two weeks that would be a cold walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
