interest rates getting really low?

i haven’t been paying attention, but it looks like at some point 30 y. mortgages are now available at under 4%. jeepers. when did that happen/ Seems like i was checking a few weeks ago and it was over 4.5%….are rates really going to keep going down? it kinda makes a difference on a payment if you spend a lot of money.

I’m telling you that once i refinanced rates would come crashing down.

I thought I was getting a sweetheart deal doing a 15 year 2 months ago. Now, rates for 15 year conforming I’m seeing is like 3.5%….

I wouldn’t have thought it possible, but interest rates may come down even more!
