No PMI, no piggyback – I’m not sure what the program is exactly; it may be under the Home Affordable Act but I will verify.
About 2 weeks ago I received a letter from Wells Fargo (who currently holds my mortgage).
In this letter were (3) refinance options that I was actually pre-approved for – basically a 30 fixed, a 15 year and a 20 year option as I recall.
All I had to do was go to a Wells Fargo website submit some basic info and that was really it.
My LTV on the form was actually 102.73%.
I’ll find out more info and post.
